Cancellation and Refund Policy

Monthly Subscriptions

Infrastructure Opportunity Radar subscriptions are month-to-month unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Cancellations

Customers may cancel future billing by emailing jacob@publicworkradar.com before the next billing cycle. Cancellation stops future subscription charges.

Refunds

Refunds are reviewed for duplicate billing, service non-delivery, billing errors, or similar issues. If the first two weekly issues are not useful, customers may cancel before the next month.
