Cancellation and Refund Policy
This policy separates subscription cancellation from requests to reverse a charge, so each process is clear.
Last updated: October 31, 2026.
Monthly subscriptions
Public Work Radar subscriptions are month-to-month unless the checkout page states otherwise. The price and billing cadence displayed at checkout apply to the purchase.
How to cancel
To stop future renewals, email jacob@publicworkradar.com from the address associated with the subscription before the next billing date. Include the customer or company name so the subscription can be identified.
Cancellation stops future subscription charges. It does not, by itself, reverse a charge that has already been processed. If the first two weekly issues are not useful, the customer may cancel before the next month rather than renew.
Refund review
Refund requests are reviewed individually for duplicate billing, a billing error, material non-delivery of the purchased service, or a similar payment issue. This policy does not promise an automatic refund based only on preference, fit, lead quality, award outcome, or a decision not to use the service.
What to include in a request
Email jacob@publicworkradar.com with:
- The email address or company name associated with the subscription.
- The date and amount of the charge in question.
- A short explanation of the billing or delivery issue.
Do not send a full payment-card number, security code, password, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Approved refunds
If a refund is approved, it is returned through Stripe to the original payment method when available. Stripe and the customer's bank control how long the credit takes to appear.
