Terms of Service
These terms explain how Public Work Radar's research, briefings, and subscription service may be used.
Last updated: October 31, 2026.
Acceptance and use
By accessing this site, requesting research, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms. If you use the service for a company or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for it.
Service scope
Public Work Radar provides source-backed opportunity research and may include timing notes, source links, trade tags, buyer context, planholder or partner signals, and recurring opportunity briefings. The sources, format, frequency, and filters provided depend on the service selected and the information available.
The service does not prepare or submit bids and does not replace a customer's own estimating, qualification, compliance, or procurement work.
Customer verification and responsibilities
Customers are responsible for checking official solicitation documents, addenda, dates, scope, licensing, bonding, insurance, prequalification, site conditions, and all other requirements before acting. Customers should provide accurate trade, location, size, timing, and work-preference information so research can be filtered appropriately.
Opportunity sources can change, be corrected, move, or become unavailable. A source link or research note is a starting point for verification, not a substitute for the official record.
Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation
Paid subscriptions are month-to-month unless the checkout page states otherwise. The price and billing cadence shown at checkout apply to that purchase. Payment processing is handled by Stripe.
Customers may cancel future billing by emailing jacob@publicworkradar.com before the next billing date. Cancellation and refund requests are different: cancellation stops future renewals, while refund requests are handled under the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Intellectual property and permitted use
Public Work Radar owns or licenses the site's branding, design, original writing, research organization, briefing format, and other original materials. A customer may use a purchased briefing for its own internal business decisions and outreach. Customers may not resell, republish, bulk redistribute, or present Public Work Radar's original work as their own without permission.
Public records, agency documents, and third-party materials remain subject to the rights and terms of their respective owners.
Acceptable use
You may not use the site or service to break the law, impersonate another person, interfere with site security or availability, scrape or extract the service in bulk, distribute malicious content, or misuse personal or confidential information.
Service changes and termination
Public Work Radar may update sources, filters, delivery methods, formats, pricing for future purchases, or other service features as the product develops. Access may be paused or ended for nonpayment, misuse, security concerns, or material violations of these terms. Notice will be provided when practical.
No professional advice
The service is not legal, engineering, procurement, bidding, estimating, financial, tax, insurance, bonding, or compliance advice. Customers remain responsible for their own business decisions and should consult qualified professionals when needed.
Disclaimers and limitations
Public Work Radar does not guarantee that research will be complete, error-free, continuously available, or suitable for every customer. It does not guarantee buyer or agency schedules, project availability, invitations, awards, contracts, revenue, or any other business result.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Public Work Radar is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the site or service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be revised as the service changes. The updated date at the top of this page shows when the current version was posted. Continued use after a revision means the revised terms apply to later use.
